SEO ToolsCart will initiate the refund only when any primary services does not work for three or more days.

To initiates the refund process, Please allow 7-10 days business days to reflect refund in your account. Also, the payment gateway takes time of 4-5 days to refund the amount. 

There will be no refund if your account gets banned/blocked by invalid activities, no type of excuse will be accepted. There will be no refund if our Service limits get ended. Users have to wait till the limit refreshes again. 

Moreover, a refund request without any reason (Likewise: Mind Changed, purchased accidentally, etc.) will not be accepted. Such type of case leads to account suspension.

To get the refund user to put a request in the ticket section for it (Administration will reply within 24-48 hours).
